Returns & Refunds

DDW Clouds offers a standard 7-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.

If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please contact us via email and we will first attempt to find a solution to the fault.

If a solution cannot be found, we will dispatch a Faulty Goods Pack which contains a pre-paid envelope to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch either a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with you name and order number.

We estimate a 1-3 business day delivery time for Faulty Goods Packs as per the guidelines for Royal Mail First Class post. Refunds and replacement items will be processed on the day we receive the item and confirm it is faulty. Replacement items are sent via First Class post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Please note that we are unable to process returns and refunds for online orders during the weekend. Any queries sent to us during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
